Tyre is damaged - not getting response after request

Dear Team,

Bicycle delivered but front tire is damaged, I have requested your team for replacement of tire and did 4-5 times follow ups but no response yet.

المتجر سئ جدا جدا

تم طلب دراجه وتم توصيل دراجه اخره بحجه انه با تتفور الدراجه كما انه اثناء عمليه الطلب لم يتم التواصل لمده اسبوع لحين قمت باستخراج رقم الهاتف من الموقع وبعد التواصل تبين انه لاتتفور الدراجه وابلغته برجاع المبلغ حيث رفض ارجاع المبلغ ويحتاج الى 14 يوم لعاده المبلغ وعليه قام بقناعي يشراء دراجه اخر حيث قام بمتحدا الدراجه انها افضل ولكن بعد استلام الدراجه كانت سيئه للغايه لاتوجد اي مصدقايه في هذا المتجر كما انه في البدايه استلم الميلغ ولم يقم بالتواصل يانه البضاعه غير متوفره بل اخذ المال بدون اي تواصل ابد

The bike comes in a box not assembled despite what it says on the website. I had to take it to a bike shop to adjust the gears as they were not aligned properly

Very bad service and poor delivery experience

Very bad service. I had to complain to Consumer Rights in order to receive my delivery, which was delayed by 6 days. During this time, no one was replying to phone calls or messages, which was very frustrating.

When the bike was finally delivered, it arrived inside a box and was not assembled at all. I was not informed about this in advance. I had to take it to a bike shop to get it fixed and assembled, which cost me an extra 100 AED.

Overall, very disappointing experience with both service and delivery. I would not recommend this seller.
