I ordered a bike on sale for 480AED in the color pink. I was informed quickly that even though I had paid for it, it was not going to be available for 6 months? Very odd. When it was dropped off, it had a few problems from the get go. Was not impressed with the quality at all. Tires super thin and makes non stop squeak noises. The man who I dealt with had a poor customer service attitude and while he did someone to “fix” the issues, overall very disappointed. Spend 200 AED more and get a better quality bike at Carrefour.
