Shipping policy

 Delivery 

Shipping is free for all customers.

Most orders will ship the next business day;Orders are not processed or shipped on Sunday or on Public Holidays, except by prior arrangement.

Parcels can only be delivered to residential, and business addresses in UAE.

We utilize a variety of carriers and various Couriers depending on your location.
Tracking numbers are updated by email and on your order status page.

Incorrect Addresses

We ask all customers to carefully check the address for orders as re-shipment fees will apply if it is returned due to incorrect addressing or non collection.

عناوين غير صحيحة

نطلب من جميع العملاء التحقق بعناية من عنوان الطلبات حيث سيتم تطبيق رسوم إعادة الشحن إذا تم إرجاعها بسبب العنوان غير الصحيح أو عدم التحصيل.
