Very bad service. I had to complain to Consumer Rights in order to receive my delivery, which was delayed by 6 days. During this time, no one was replying to phone calls or messages, which was very frustrating.
When the bike was finally delivered, it arrived inside a box and was not assembled at all. I was not informed about this in advance. I had to take it to a bike shop to get it fixed and assembled, which cost me an extra 100 AED.
Overall, very disappointing experience with both service and delivery. I would not recommend this seller.
Since i bought no any complaint at all, The gear is good quality and very easy to change. Bike is not heavy. Overall it's a good bike. I would recommend to everyone.
The best bike I bought it but the problem the machine is damaged and the derak company cannot fix my bike and they lost my bike
